Climate Action Plan Implementation

When the City of Bellingham set out to implement their data-driven, equity-focused climate action plan, they hired SSG to identify specific implementation steps in two key areas: building energy usage and electric vehicle adoption. The final outcome was a step-by-step plan describing key partnerships, legal and policy constraints, costs, staffing requirements, public education and outreach needs, and analysis based on community input.
