SSG Brings Climate Modelling Expertise to London Climate Action Week
SSG at London Climate Action Week
19 June 2026
Sustainability Solutions Group will present twice at Reset Connect during London Climate Action Week, sharing the tools cities, utilities, and communities can use to plan their path to an equitable and climate-ready future.
Sustainability Solutions Group (SSG), a worker-owned cooperative and certified B Corp, will join London Climate Action Week with two presentations at Reset Connect London, taking place June 23-24 at ExCeL London.
Cities don’t need more climate targets. They need to see what a viable pathway to get there looks like.

“The Ultimate Toolkit for Planning Your City’s Climate Future”
Reset Connect: Cities Hub & Bar
On June 23, Andrés Pica-Téllez, Strategic Ventures Advisor at SSG, will join the panel “Empowering Local Action for Sustainable Cities” on the Cities & Infrastructure Stage, alongside leaders from Nottingham City Council, Bristol City Council, the London Borough of Sutton, Mears Group, and the Institute of Sustainability and Environmental Professionals (ISEP). The panel will explore how local governments can integrate green infrastructure, energy-efficient buildings, and low-carbon transport while unlocking the public and private finance needed to act at scale.
On June 24, Yuill Herbert (Principal Consultant and Director of Business Strategy), Catalina Marinkovic (Consultant and Latin America Business Development Co-Lead), and Vesta Sahatciu (Business Development Coordinator) will return to the Cities Hub & Bar for a Pecha Kucha session, “The Ultimate Toolkit for Planning Your City’s Climate Future,” walking through three of SSG’s planning tools: ScenaCommunity, which brings residents into the climate planning process and turns local knowledge into clearer, better-supported decisions; ScenaAdaptation, which maps neighbourhood-scale climate hazards and the costs of inaction; and the Local Mitigation Accelerator, SSG’s new AI-driven tool that recommends the highest-impact actions a city can take and builds an implementation roadmap grounded in local legal and regulatory context.
A model that started at COP21 and grew into a suite
SSG’s presence at Reset Connect reflects more than a decade of work refining the climate modelling approach it first introduced at COP21 in Paris. What began as a single model, CityInSight, has evolved into a full suite: the Scena Suite. The full suite supports governments, utilities, institutions, and neighbourhoods to see, in dynamic and specific terms, how choices they make today shape social, economic, and emissions outcomes tomorrow.
In addition to the Scena Suite, SSG has also developed a Municipal Toolkit, with free-to-use tools for climate action planning, decision-making, and action implementation.
SSG’s technical expertise and public engagement experience allows them to connect rigorous, transparent modelling to the realities of implementation, so that climate plans are not just ambitious but actionable and grounded in the lived realities of the people they are designed for.
